eJamin: ID Creation For Defendant Without NRIC

ID Number creation process for 'Defendant' (OKT) that does not possessed NRIC.

1. Access and sign in into admin.ejamin.my on the browser using administrator credential. 
2. On the left panel, click on Jana Nombor ID (Tertuduh Tiada Identity). 
3. Fill up the field accordingly and ensure all the details are correct. 
4. Click Jana Nombor ID and pop up will appear to indicate if the process successful or failed. 
5. Click 'Tutup' button and double check the defendant name on the list to ensure the information are correct.
